The Puppy Home Starter journey begins with a phone call between our team and your family. This consultation is included as part of your package and allows us to get to know you, your lifestyle, and your expectations before your puppy arrives.

Once the phone consultation has been completed, we will arrange a convenient date to visit your home. During this visit, we’ll help you prepare your home environment, offer tailored advice, and ensure everything is in place to give your puppy the very best start.

Please note additional mileage costs will apply 5 miles outside Lechlade
